           •         Cost Control: Monitor and track actual project costs against estimates throughout the project lifecycle to ensure budgets are met and identify any deviations early.

           •         Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and revisions, and provide regular updates to senior management.

           •         Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, market pricing, and new technologies to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.

           •         Client Interaction: Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and adjustments, as needed, to align with budget constraints.

Qualifications:

           •         Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent experience in Construction Management, or a related field.

           •         Familiarity with IT infrastructure and electrical systems.

           •         Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.
