Opportunity Snapshot:
- Compensation: $36/hour
- Location: Midland, TX
- Work Schedule: 14/14 Rotation
- Assignment Duration: Long term

Responsibilities:
- Works with completions, construction, and operations to get new wells for production, including early well life flowback supervision, optimization, testing, and facility start up to maximize productivity and prepare wells for operation by the production or any other duties assigned by supervisor
- Support field operations throughout the Permian by ensuring that Client's Safety objectives are met and driven consistently at the field level
- Expected to exemplify and enforce HSE policies
- Be accountable for tasks being performed on locations to ensure safe work
- Assist with procedures to get new well into production
- Collect data from testing equipment (testers & trains) to show accurate readings for oil, water and gas production for new completions and enter daily production readings and well tests into WellDrive computer system
- Stay current with JPBE process
- Reports to Production and Flowback Foreman on a regular basis.
- Use SCADA & Ignition software as an aid in monitoring well production & SWD performance
Qualifications:
- 2.5 years oil and gas experience preferred. Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills required of the position
- Proficient computer skills required
- A current valid vehicle operator’s license with an insurable driving record is required
- Provides proper servicing, maintenance and security for company vehicle and all company property.
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification required
