Financial Analyst

Are you passionate about financial analysis and eager to work with large datasets in the fast-paced world of mortgage-backed securities? We're looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and model cash flows, including MBS, RESEC, CMBS, MILN, and similar instruments.
• Sift through large datasets and derive actionable insights through quantitative analysis.
• Build and refine models using bond math principles and waterfall cash-flow methodologies.
• Create detailed financial reports and analyses using advanced Excel functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret and present data findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and modeling techniques.
• Working knowledge of bond math and cash-flow modeling.
• Familiarity with Python or R is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for data analysis and problem-solving.
