The Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst is a recruiting subject matter expert responsible for full-cycle recruiting for risk-related positions across Commercial, Technology, and Corporate Functions. This role involves developing talent acquisition strategies, engaging candidates through various channels, and delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate interviews, recommendations, salary negotiations, and complex offer management.
- Coach and counsel hiring managers on the end-to-end hiring process to ensure best practices.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to workforce needs, addressing current and future organizational demands.
- Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline, aligning with diversity initiatives and collaborating with Business Resource Groups (BRGs).
- Act as a consultative talent advisor to hiring managers, leveraging market data and research to provide informed recommendations.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods, direct sourcing, referrals, and agency/vendor resources to attract top talent.
- Assess candidates for qualifications, culture fit, and compensation alignment.
- Ensure effective communication with business leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and salary negotiation.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners.
- Proficiency in developing diverse candidate pipelines and aligning with organizational diversity initiatives.
- Proven ability to recommend and implement innovative sourcing strategies for complex roles.
- Expertise in market research to guide hiring recommendations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
