Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at ReliantSouth Construction Group in Panama City, FL. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, performing take-offs, estimating costs, preparing bids, and communicating with clients and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating, project management, and cost analysis
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Certifications in estimating or construction management are a plus
