Role Description:

We are seeking a Sales and Logistics Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the seamless delivery of our luxury products to clients globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calculating shipping estimates, managing delivery exceptions, coordinating with various departments, and providing top-tier customer service to clients and recipients. You will be responsible for the deliveries to televised events and VIPs all over the world.


Responsibilities:

  • Shipping Estimates: Collaborate with the sales team to determine accurate shipping estimates for domestic and international clients. Utilize company databases and carrier estimating tools to provide timely and precise shipping costs and delivery timelines.
  • Delivery Management: Monitor and supervise worldwide delivery exceptions, proactively addressing any issues that arise, and communicate with carriers to provide necessary information for customs clearance and expedite deliveries.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with the production team to retrieve essential information and documentation needed for shipments. Ensure clear communication between sales, production, and logistics to facilitate efficient order fulfillment.
  • Client and Recipient Communication: Engage directly with clients and recipients to inform them of shipping details and their responsibilities for receiving deliveries. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns related to shipments.
  • Customs and Compliance: Prepare and submit required documentation to customs agencies and carriers. Stay updated on international shipping regulations to ensure compliance and smooth customs clearance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or a related role.
  • Experience with international shipping and customs procedures is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with shipping software and carrier estimating tools.
  • Must be proficient in the use of PC, Excel, Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address and resolve issues.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Salary: $45,000 - $55,000; dependent on experience, location and fit for the role
