HRIS Analyst
LHH is looking for a HRIS Analyst for a growing organization in Nashville, TN ! The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HRIS experience, with strong technical proficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, that will interview as early as next week!
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP).
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and data validation.
- Generate and analyze HR reports, including turnover rates, engagement surveys, and recruitment metrics.
- Support the HR team with data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with the implementation of new HRIS modules and system upgrades.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HRIS with other systems.
- Develop and deliver Open Enrollment presentations and materials.
- Serve as a backup for the Benefits Analyst and provide support for compensation-related activities.
- Coordinate health-related initiatives and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or a related role.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
