Clausen Miller PC seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of New York AND New Jersey litigation experience in casualty defense, premises liability and automobile liability. The associate attorney would supervised by a Senior Partner on each case assigned.

Must be licensed in New York AND New Jersey. Candidates should have excellent academic background plus reading, writing, communication and attention to detail skills.

The salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 plus benefits (health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, CLEs, registration fees, etc.). Hybrid office/home schedule is acceptable.

The associate’s duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses;
• Assist with the discovery process taking depositions and reviewing documents;
• Perform legal research;
• Analyze cases and draft reports.
• Make court appearances.
