Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance review process of the delivery team.
- Improve the efficiency of the delivery team and the quality of user experience based on data analysis and statistics.
- Resolve emergency situations occurred during daily operations.
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
- Possess an innovative mindset and strong execution skills.
- Have good verbal and written skills and good coordination and organization skills.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Fluency in Chinese is preferred.
- Candidates with previous experience in dispatching and logistics industry are preferred.
