Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance review process of the delivery team.
• Improve the efficiency of the delivery team and the quality of user experience based on data analysis and statistics.
• Resolve emergency situations occurred during daily operations.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications &  Requirements:

• Possess an innovative mindset and strong execution skills.
• Have good verbal and written skills and good coordination and organization skills.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Fluency in Chinese is preferred.
• Candidates with previous experience in dispatching and logistics industry are preferred.
