HAPPYNARAE AMERICA LLC. is the US subsidiary of HAPPYNARAE, primarily focused on procuring maintenance (MRO) products for the EV battery industry etc.


Job Title: Logistics Assistant Manager

Location: Elizabethtown, KY

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Position

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay: $60,000.00+


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor all plant operations and processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare and manage operating reports and budgets, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by strictly adhering to safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Manage scheduling for a fully operational team, ensuring optimal productivity.
  • Supervise daily floor operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and storage processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, streamline operations, and achieve KPI targets in collaboration with 3PL partners.
  • Monitor and enhance VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) operations in coordination with 3PL, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely responses to customer issues.
  • Analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations.
  • Lead conflict resolution efforts among departments and team members to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Coordinate plant maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Support the continuous improvement of our procurement services within the plant, driving operational excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Korean (required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), procurement, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Experience in VMI Operation Setup, the battery, and the automotive/EV industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience in market research and analysis techniques.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master’s degree in business administration or management is an added advantage.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a plant management, supervisory, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
