About the Company:
This is an active, hands-on position, focused on the security implementation of projects as well as day-to-day operations of organization’s Identity and Access Management functions. The Identity Access Analyst (IAM) will work side by side with the Security Lead as well as Security & Controls project team members.
About the Role:
Provisioning of accounts for onboarding users, Processing of changes to account security requirements, Assistance to users as required, Processing of user terminations, Reporting on provisioning activities, Performing security testing for new system implementations, Access certification reviews, Assist with the creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and internal control documentation required for user provisioning and deprovisioning, Ensures access is provisioned and deprovisioned timely and accurately, Manages and monitors systems associated with Identity and Access management solutions; provides incident and problem management support, Perform other information security job-related duties as assigned, Lead daily project meetings in accordance with established security standards and policies, Manage multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and high degree of difficulty, Expert in demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of information IT security technologies, embedded security, and platforms, Maintain a working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and elements, Combine both management skills and specific security system knowledge, coordinate the security project through its progressive stages, with the goal of project completion within specified time, Ensure project implementations are completed in compliance with security standards, policies, and regulations, Conduct security related testing, Identify, schedule, or coordinate project activities related to security to meet deadlines, Lead security cutover tasks during go-live
Experience:
- Must have identity access and security related experience with SAP S4 and SAP C4C
- Preferred experience with any of the following-- Oracle Cloud ERP, Clevest, IBM Maximo
- Previous project experience is required
- Experience with Risk Management and Information Security strategy, practices, technologies, and tools
- Experience managing Cloud identities and SSO
- Possess certain traits including strong communication, flexibility, assertiveness, approachability, and foresight
- Capable of handling stressful situations and able to delegate tasks to align the ideas of team members
- Identity Access Management systems – experience with identity and access management tools such as Saviynt and privileged access management such as CyberArk
- Security related experience-- hands on experience, access provisioning/deprovisioning, custom role creation, familiarity with privileges that make up roles, access issues troubleshooting
- Segregation of Duties and sensitive access controls experience
