100% onsite with the option to work remote once training is completed, pass QA, approved by Manager
Duration of contract: 9 months to begin (possible extension based upon need/performance)
Hours of Operation : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

- Answering inbound calls
- Membership processing
- Preparation and validation of information
- Finance related activities
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 6+months data entry experience (REQUIRED)
- Call Center Experience!
- Problem Solving Abilities
- Reliability
- Strong Customer Service on Phones! – High volume
