You have these minimum qualifications:
• 5 years of work experience in digital or infrastructure operations
• Experience in web-based services/agile software development
• Solid background in troubleshooting complex technology solutions
• Initiative and the ability to work both as a reliable team member and an individual contributor
• A passion for delivering a quality digital experience for both team members and customers
It would be useful if you have:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• Experience using ticketing systems and application monitoring tools
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport, and persuade others.
