Revalia Bio works closely with hospitals and organ procurement organizations to enable organ donation after patients pass away from incurable diseases like lung cancer that traditionally prevent donation for clinical transplantation. We then bring those organs back to life on organ perfusion technology to run transformative research studies aimed at accelerating the development of breakthrough biomedical innovations without putting patient’s lives at risk.

Executive Assistant | Position Overview


We are seeking new team members in the role of Executive Assistant to expand our ability to honor every donor organ by transforming the future of medicine together. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the CEO by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, facilitating communication, and assisting with strategic projects. This position requires someone who is not only highly organized and detail-oriented but also capable of anticipating needs, solving problems, and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.


You will be a critical partner to the CEO, ensuring their time is managed effectively and that they have the resources and information needed to lead the company toward its goals.

Technical Skill Requirements


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) a plus.


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Handle all logistics related to the CEO’s domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, managing and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other communications. Draft and proofread emails, memos, and reports as needed.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for meetings with executives, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, executive team meetings, and other important business engagements. Take notes during meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Assist the CEO with special projects, including conducting research, preparing data, and tracking progress.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with company priorities and ensure timely delivery of information and resources needed for CEO-led initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing materials for investor and board meetings. Maintain and update investor-related documents and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and manage company events, meetings, and off-sites, ensuring logistics, venue, and participant coordination runs smoothly.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.


Qualifications


  • Preferred : B.S. or M.S. degree in Business, Management, Administration or other relevant field with 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a startup or high growth environment.
  • Accepted: B.S. degree in Business, Management, Administration or other relevant field with 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.


Compensation, Benefits, and Diversity Commitment


Our compensation structure includes a base and semi-annual bonus. The range for this role is $80,000-$110,000 annually. Revalia Bio operates a growth culture focused on High Performance Teams and individual personal development. Revalia Bio provides comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Disability, and a wellness program available on day one of employment. Full-time employees are eligible for up to 5 paid sick days and 23 PTO days per calendar year, excluding national holidays.
