Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Superintendent at FC Construction in Gulfport, MS. The Construction Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, managing quality control, implementing construction safety measures, and supervising the construction team.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Commercial Construction experience
• Knowledge of Quality Control and Construction Safety practices
• Experience in Budgeting for construction projects
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant certifications in construction management or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or relevant discipline
• ProCore Construction Management Software a Plus
• Willingness to travel and work out of town for projects
