Schedule: Mon-Friday in the office, 7am-4pm
Must Haves:
3-5 years of experience within HR AND office management
ADP or similar platform experience
Experience interviewing & hiring people
This is in support of a new office set up - you will be one of the client's first hires! Their job will be to get the office up & running from the ground. They will be setting everything up, implementing office procedures, uploading documents in their system, and then hiring their team.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including overseeing administrative tasks, office supplies, and facility maintenance.
- Serve as the point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Handle HR responsibilities, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
- Assist with payroll processing, employee performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinating with other departments
- Maintain filing systems and records
- Maintain office policies and procedures to promote efficiency and organization.
