Job Title: Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays)

Salary: $50,000 to $62,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Location: Laurens County, SC

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team on 3rd shift. This position is crucial for maintaining the functionality and safety of production equipment, facilities, and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC and automation, with experience working on equipment such as Brothers, Lathes, Mori Seiki, SW, and Chiron.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, mechanical, and electrical systems for production machines and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machinery, equipment, and tools remain in optimal working order, including cleaning, lubricating, greasing, and oiling.
• Perform welding tasks and minor electric work as needed.
• Ensure facility maintenance by addressing building upkeep and groundskeeping tasks.
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience with CNC machines and automation systems, including equipment like Brothers, Lathes, Mori Seiki, SW, and Chiron.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems maintenance.
• Welding and basic electrical repair experience.
• Facility maintenance knowledge and ability to perform general building repairs.
• Ability to work independently and respond to urgent maintenance needs promptly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in maintenance-related fields are a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
