Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing construction site logistics, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality control.

Qualifications

• Construction Site Management and Project Management skills in Luxury Residential
• Strong knowledge of Construction Safety and ability to enforce safety protocols
• Excellent Organizational Skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Budgeting skills to monitor project costs and expenses
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Experience working in the construction industry
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Experience with construction software and tools
• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus
