Job Description

Pinnacle Partners has an exciting new opening for a Dispatcher/Scheduling support technician.


This is an office position that will work fully onsite in Carmel, IN. This position will work as a part of a small team to field incoming calls from commercial customers with HVAC, Plumbing and Refrigeration needs.


The focus of this position will be to take accurate information from the customer on their service needs and document/communicate that effectively and efficiently to the technicians. This role will help to create the schedule of the technicians based on workload and demand. This position will also be a direct part of the invoicing process, ensuring the invoice is being billed for accurate services and is pushed out to the correct customer contact.


A successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role that encompasses office, customer service, and light accounting tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on being effective, efficient and accurate when delivering the message
  • Thrive in a fast pace, and able to stay come in more emergent situations
  • Strong computer skills, with a preference for experience in QuickBooks
  • Ability to contribute to the building of processes, and have an opinion and a voice when making changes to existing processes
  • Desire to grow with the organization over time


Target salary range is 45 to 50k/year
