What You’ll Do:

• System Configuration: Get our computer systems up and running, making sure everything is tailored for company use (primarily in Tulsa).
• Hardware Support: Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and repairing system hardware issues.
• Software Support: Install, configure, and provide top-notch technical support for system software.
• System Decommissioning: Safely remove software, proprietary information, and connections from existing systems.
• Network Support: Keep our data flowing smoothly by troubleshooting and fixing connectivity issues.
• Network Security: Stay ahead of the latest security threats and take action to protect our network.
• Software Administration: Evaluate, purchase, and manage licensing for essential company software, including Autodesk.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong technical background in computer systems, with a solid understanding of the services provided by an engineering firm.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with our team.
• An analytical mindset for troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Experience with Mac platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with printers and large media scanners is a bonus.
