We are NOT a recording studio, nor in the entertainment industry. We are in music education.


The Music Studio Atlanta is a premier music school providing students and families with the opportunity to learn music and experience the joy of performing. Our mission is to foster confidence and creativity in students of all ages through exceptional music learning. With our dedicated, talented faculty, wonderful facilities and innovative programs we hope to transform lives and bolster our community through the joy of music! Through our two physical locations in Vinings and East Cobb, The Music Studio Atlanta strives to provide students with a place to discover music and build confidence through performance and musical milestones.


We are seeking an additional full-time Front Desk Manager who is personable, creative problem-solver, detail-oriented, extremely reliable, outstanding with communication, and enjoys autonomy with their work, but enjoys working within a wonderful team of Managers!


In this role, you will support the Owner’s vision for the company by embracing the company culture and coordinating all the behind-the-scenes details of our company, working together with our fabulous team of five other Front Desk Managers. Ideally, we are looking for someone who finds joy in completing projects and assignments and helping people achieve their goals.

The Front Desk Manager will utilize their organizational talents and people skills to provide an outstanding customer experience to our families and students. You are bringing your skills and talents to a company that strives to provide an exceptional experience of music and education.


In this role you will:

• Delight our clients and exceed their expectations with above-and-beyond service and communication.

• Support fellow team members with a proactive and can-do attitude.

• Managing more than one email inbox and SMS and respond in a timely manner that delights and creates a positive impression of our company.

• Provide guidance and support to faculty members with scheduling and enrollment.

• Managing all payment processing and memberships inquiries for our students enrolled and students beginning their journey in music.

• Communicating with families and students to maintain their relationship with our company.

• Managing billing and payment processing and resolving issues efficiently.

• Concisely address student questions related to private lessons, classes, and overall company experience.

• Assisting with Event organizing, promotion and staffing for bi-annual recitals, open mics and other events.

• Work with our team to ensure the internal operations are prepared for upcoming events and happenings, teacher changes/additions, and more. This includes attending weekly (online) team meetings and mentoring sessions.

• Help provide an accurate database for students and families.

• Enhance the enrollment experience for new students with your personable skills and professionalism and organization.

• Proactively maintaining relationships with students and families through engaging and bonding to retain for long-term retention.

• Be the face and main contact person for our company and the go-to person for enrollment inquiries.

Fast tech learning. We are a multi-platform company, and we ask you learn the software quickly. Experience in Google Drive and Apple products is a plus.

Incredible communication skills. You are outstanding at maintaining relationships with students and families. You take personal responsibility for your actions and pride yourself on your integrity. You are friendly, enthusiastic, warm personality, and find it easy to connect with people.


We are a close-knit team who work hard but have a lot of fun along the way. We are seeking someone to join us who is as passionate as we are!


Details: Hours per week: Full-time - approx 35 hours per week, negotiable with applicant’s needs and needs of the Studio. Must be available to rotate out weekend days with other team members (i.e. one Sunday per month).


Hourly: Starting at $22/hr to start, rising to $25/hr at six months, plus performance bonuses after first month, holiday and sick pay outlined. PTO and Health insurance stipend after one year.
