We are partnering with a manufacturing company located near Woodlawn, MD for a direct hire Production Manager role.

Key responsibilities include managing production output, employee management/mentoring/training, continuous improvement and process flow evaluation/implementation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role that will require dedication, excellent communication of ideas, collaboration, and planning.

This role is 100% onsite, first shift, and offers great benefits. The ideal candidate will have a background in an industrial products manufacturing environment and have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Production Manager working for a growing organization.
