Responsibilities
- Support the superintendent and project staff with daily operations and project management tasks.
- Ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of crews to meet project timelines.
- Monitor work progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure high-quality, safe, and productive operations.
- Motivate and guide team members to successfully complete all phases of work.
- Oversee safety planning for crews and enforce adherence to safety standards.
- Assist the project management team in maintaining compliance with city, state, and federal regulations.
- Communicate engineering and layout needs promptly and effectively with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction, preferably in water/wastewater projects.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
- Flexibility to relocate for specific roles if required.
