Responsibilities

• Support the superintendent and project staff with daily operations and project management tasks.
• Ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of crews to meet project timelines.
• Monitor work progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure high-quality, safe, and productive operations.
• Motivate and guide team members to successfully complete all phases of work.
• Oversee safety planning for crews and enforce adherence to safety standards.
• Assist the project management team in maintaining compliance with city, state, and federal regulations.
• Communicate engineering and layout needs promptly and effectively with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction, preferably in water/wastewater projects.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Flexibility to relocate for specific roles if required.
