We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with expertise in the Credit Card domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology, driving the development and enhancement of credit card products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for credit card products and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation in the credit card domain.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of credit card systems.
- Provide guidance on system architecture, APIs, and data flows to enable scalable and efficient solutions.
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for credit card processing, billing, and transaction systems.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and validate features against business requirements.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and functionality.
- Act as the primary liaison between business, technology, and third-party vendors in the credit card ecosystem.
- Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory and security standards.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product progress, risks, and key milestones.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the Credit Card or Financial Services domain.
- Strong understanding of credit card processing, billing systems, and transaction lifecycle.
- Technical expertise with APIs, system integrations, and data flows in financial services.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with credit card regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, EMV, or other compliance frameworks).
- Experience working with payment networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and fintech solutions.
- Proven track record of launching successful credit card or financial products.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
