Our client is a growing general contractor in the Green Bay area that specializes in both commercial and industrial projects. They're looking for a mid-level Project Manager to join their team to work on $10+ million projects.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee project activities, coordinating with Project Superintendent, Project Engineer, and subcontractors as needed.
• Work on exciting local projects in the industrial construction space
• Manage submittals, shop drawings, and material/equipment deliveries.
• Coordinate drawing revisions and Requests for Information (RFIs) during construction.
• Handle cost control, subcontractor, and owner change orders effectively.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in the industrial construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting project specifications, drawings, and contracts.
