About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager , you'll report directly to the Managing Director of the Construction Real Estate Development Team and oversee every aspect of project execution. From managing budgets and contracts to ensuring timely delivery, you'll be the driving force behind the successful completion of key developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage project budgets, scopes, milestones, schedules, and contracts .
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle , ensuring completion within time and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with development partners and monitor their progress.
- Lead the selection and negotiation of design/engineering teams, contractors, and vendors .
- Draft and execute RFPs, contracts, and service agreements .
- Ensure compliance with risk management procedures and proper insurance coverage.
- Review and negotiate change orders and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Maintain thorough project documentation from start to closeout.
- Manage the punch list process and facilitate project handoff to the asset management team.
- Liaise with accounting to track invoices, expenses, and project costs.
- Prepare regular project reports for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction and/or project development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools such as Procore™, SureTrak™, and Microsoft Project™ .
- Strong skills in negotiation, contract management, and communication .
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel regularly for site visits and project management.
