We are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to join a well established local general contractor in the Houston area. This is the chance to work across some versatile industries in construction across various Commercial projects:

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the project and every aspect of it is delivered on time and within budget
• Planning and documenting project tasks as well as communicating these effectively to APMs, Superintendents and Project Engineers.
• Creating and managing a schedule and timeline for the project
• Manage projects through from conception to completion
• Managing all project resources which include effective communication with subcontractors
• Serve as a liaison for stakeholders
• Take leadership on aspects of the role
