Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand and communicate project requirements and risks to team members, ensuring all expectations are met.
- Coordinate and facilitate project deliverables by determining project schedules, studying project plans and specifications, calculating time and manpower requirements, and sequencing project elements effectively.
- Monitor project progress, review tasks and deliverables, and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Identify and resolve project issues to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Actively manage project scope to avoid scope creep without proper change orders.
- Ensure timely completion of invoicing and billing, and confirm all required documentation is submitted and received from vendors and clients.
- Conduct regular status meetings with internal stakeholders and client representatives to keep all parties informed.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in engineering.
- Experience in natural gas is required; prior experience in renewables, oil & gas, or utilities is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years in project management.
- PMP certification is preferred. If not currently certified, the candidate must obtain PMP certification within 12 months of employment.
