Key Responsibilities :

• Project Oversight : Manage multiple residential home-building projects from initiation to completion.
• Budget Management : Create, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency.
• Timeline Coordination : Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Client Communication : Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns.
• Problem Solving : Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction or home building.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is a bonus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
