We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent with at least 5 years of experience overseeing Commercial Construction Projects . The ideal candidate will excel in managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to the highest safety and quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate teams, resolve on-site challenges, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Leadership and Management:
• Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring all activities align with project plans and specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and site personnel, maintaining a productive and safe work environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for on-site issues, promptly addressing and resolving any challenges.
• Project Coordination and Scheduling:
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to meet project timelines.
• Monitor work progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure efficiency.
• Quality and Safety Oversight:
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe job site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with project specifications.
• Address non-compliance issues promptly to prevent project delays or additional costs.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Maintain open lines of communication with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, potential delays, and resource needs.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and work logs accurately.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Work closely with project managers to ensure adherence to project budgets.
• Optimize resource allocation to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency.
• Verify and approve subcontractor work and payments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects .
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices in commercial construction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead diverse teams effectively.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and regulations.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (required or preferred).
• Familiarity with LEED-certified construction processes.
• Experience with projects involving (specific commercial sectors, e.g., retail, healthcare, office buildings, etc.).
