Custom Applicator Responsibilities:

• Accurately blend, load, and apply fertilizer and chemicals according to manufacturer and grower specifications.
• Collaborate with sales staff to plan and coordinate application and delivery schedules.
• Assist with monthly inventory management for seed, chemical, and fertilizer.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure reliable performance and operational safety.
• Maintain detailed records of products applied, field locations, and equipment maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and environmental guidelines to uphold a culture of safety and regulatory adherence.
• Provide backup support to operations staff as needed.

Custom Applicator Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Commercial Applicator’s License.
• Must have Class A CDL or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Experience working with NH3 would be a plus!
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and effective teamwork skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasks that require standing, sitting, crawling, climbing, and reaching in challenging areas.
