Practice Type: Private OB/GYN Group

Position Overview: Well-established OB/GYN private practice in Tampa, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) OB/GYN to join our team of four experienced MDs and a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a 50/50 mix of OB and GYN patient load.
• Participate in on-call rotation with a 1:4 call schedule.
• Collaborate with a team of four MDs, CNM, and support staff to provide optimal patient care.
• Perform surgeries in the office and hospital setting.
• Participate in robot-assisted surgeries (training and certification available with senior MDs if interested).

Requirements:

• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Desire to work in a collaborative and team-focused environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary with structured bonuses based on productivity.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $250k/$750k.

Work Schedule:

• 4.5-day work week, including a half day for GYN surgery and a half day off on Fridays.
• Call schedule of 1:4.
