Must Haves

• 4-5 years of AutoCAD drafting and creating residential design construction documents
• Able to produce drawings within a reasonable time frame from requirements that may be very detailed or broad depending on where the client is at in the design process of their build
• 2-3 years of experience working with SketchUp and other rendering tools (SketchUp required, Revit/Chief Architect would be a plus)
• Ability to take direction from requirements and work collaboratively on drawings

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Previous work within residential construction Architecture Degree
• Knowledge of construction techniques

Daily Responsibilities:

The selected applicant will work closely with the architects to prepare working drawings from rough drawings and sketches. During the design and construction process, updates to the drawings will be completed by the drafter as required.

Compensation:

$28/hr to 33/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
