Position: Junior Estimator

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

Salary: $70,000 to $90,000

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate effectively with management, superintendents, and project managers to ensure project success.
• Help Review project plans and specifications to develop a clear understanding of the scope and requirements.
• Help Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
• Help Analyze historical data and apply cost estimation techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
• Help Maintain and update a database of cost estimates, project records, and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during the estimation process.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency with takeoff software such as BlueBeam, OnScreen, and Planswift.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, and Excel.
• MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH TECHNOLOGY AND CONSTRUCTION SOFTWARE
