The Assistant Community Manager plays a crucial supporting role in maintaining a smooth-running space that is welcoming, clean, and productive. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, support community engagement, and be an essential part of a dynamic team.
About the Role:
The Assistant Community Manager (ACM) assists the Community Manager in daily operations, providing exceptional service and ensuring the space is optimized for member productivity. The ACM is expected to maintain a welcoming atmosphere, assist with operational tasks, and support community-building efforts. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with greeting visitors and members, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
- Support Community Manager in conducting tours and onboarding new members.
- Assist with member services, including equipment check-ins, troubleshooting minor tech issues, and ensuring services are running smoothly.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the space and assist in preparing meeting rooms between bookings.
- Help plan and execute community and public events, contributing to the space's overall vibe.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including membership processing and maintaining records.
- Provide general assistance to members, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Liaise with vendors and other stakeholders to coordinate services, such as maintenance or event needs.

Experience & Requirements:
- High school diploma required, some college coursework preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or office environments.
- Familiarity with basic office technology and coworking software.G-Suite specifically: Primarily Gmail, Chat, Google Workspace, Google Meet. As well as ChatGPT and Canva
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management. Phone etiquette and professional demeanor for email correspondence, proficient in grammar and punctuation, strong command of English
- Positive attitude and eagerness to assist members and team members alike.
