Randstad is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist for a large manufacturing company in Memphis, TN. This role focuses on supporting our marketing efforts, collaborating with teams to develop and deliver effective product messaging and marketing assets, and maintaining essential marketing resources and calendars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver marketing assets to support National Account Managers and channel partners.
• Collaborate with product management, marcom, and digital marketing teams to craft product messaging, imagery, and manage web-related requests.
• Maintain and update the channel marketing calendar to ensure streamlined communications.
• Assist in creating and distributing channel newsletters, welcome kits, and Signature Service Branch Activities.
• Manage and update distribution lists to ensure accurate communication targeting.
• Support the development of portal assets as required.
• Conduct competitive research on manufacturing loyalty programs, lead generation initiatives, and other marketing-related topics.
• Handle additional marketing requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate degree with relevant experience.
• Experience/Skills:
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, tactics, and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into everyday language.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to process and apply new information effectively.
