Position Overview: Marketing Director
We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts. This leadership role involves crafting and executing comprehensive strategies to drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and fuel revenue growth. Blending creative innovation with data-driven insights, the Marketing Director will spearhead impactful campaigns across diverse channels and collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio of products and services.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Define and enhance the customer journey to improve engagement across all offerings; leverage insights and data to refine messaging and targeting.
- Market Positioning: Lead market positioning strategies to ensure offerings stand out and resonate with target audiences; conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Client Engagement: Partner with sales teams to understand client needs and refine product and service messaging to meet market demands.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Incorporate market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis into marketing decisions.
- Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of compelling, value-driven content, including thought leadership articles, marketing collateral, and educational materials for customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales and product development to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, STEM, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B product marketing.
- Deep expertise in go-to-market (GTM) strategies and competitive positioning.
- Proven success in creating and managing innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong skills in client presentations and content creation.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (D365 preferred).
- Experience in digital marketing and SEO best practices.
- Technical fluency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
