Position: Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

Location:  Plano, TX (On-site)

Reports To:  VP of Sales and Strategic Partnership

We are seeking a talented and motivated marketing professional to join our team in Plano, TX. This on-site role will support the VP of Sales and Partnerships by focusing on creating compelling sales and partner messaging, developing marketing collateral, and driving the overall effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong creative and technical skills, especially in PowerPoint, to deliver high-quality materials that support business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Messaging:  Develop clear, persuasive, and impactful messaging tailored to sales and partner audiences.
• Collateral Creation:  Design and produce marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and digital content, that align with the company’s brand and strategic goals.
• Presentation Design:  Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to create visually engaging, high-impact sales presentations for customer meetings, partner meetings, and internal communications.
• Collaboration:  Work closely with the VP of Sales and Partnerships, as well as cross-functional teams, to gather insights and ensure alignment on messaging and materials.
• Content Management:  Maintain and update a library of sales and partner collateral to ensure all materials are current, accurate, and accessible.
• Market Insights:  Support the team by incorporating market research and competitor analysis into messaging and collateral as needed.
• Brand Alignment:  Ensure all internal marketing materials reflect the company’s brand standards and voice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably supporting sales or partnerships.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint is essential,  with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts into clear, engaging messages.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
