The Marketing Manager position is a direct hire opportunity with an in-office schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute a marketing strategy to accelerate growth across key channels of SEO, Google Ads, content, etc.
- Implement a data-driven approach to drive customer acquisition and engagement
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends and adjust marketing strategy to effectively engage target audiences
- Marketing management from initial concept development to execution and continuous optimization of marketing campaigns to support business growth
- Managing and optimizing key marketing channels
- Track channel performance and ensure campaigns are delivering a measurable return on investment
- Collaborate and manage relationships with external marketing partners
Requirements:
- 3-6 years experience in marketing within a high growth, product-led environment
- Must have heavy experience in product-led marketing
- Must have strong HubSpot experience, additional experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads is a plus
- Experience with SEO, paid advertising, lead generation, and email marketing required
- Marketing experience for a SaaS product or a repeatable consumer good or subscription
- Excited about the potential of using AI in marketing
- Experience marketing towards small to medium sized businesses (ideal) or B2C marketing
- Experience in using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions
- Willing to be a marketing team of 1
- Bachelor's degree ideal
