*6-month contract

This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $22.20/hour - $24.80/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Collection outreach to Nalco’s customer base (Accounts Payable, Buyers, Accounting Manager’s, Operations) to find out the reason for non-payment. (Collection outreach completed by email and phone, need strong phone skills)
• Internal outreach within Nalco’s Sales organization, to inform and educate of the problem. (Outreach completed by phone and email)
• On a monthly basis, charge customer’s credit cards in a monthly batch of invoices (around 1-2 days a month)
• Assist in escalating final demands and receiving communication back for processing (3rd party collections, dispute resolution)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SAP (ERP system)
• Experience in GetPaid collection software system
• Construction collections/lien waivers

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Collections, Accounts Receivable, or related financial experience
