Position Overview:

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and direct the development and execution of complex financial models.
  • Lead and manage comprehensive valuation analyses using advanced methodologies.
  • Ensure the creation and delivery of high-quality presentation materials for clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic company and industry research to support M&A initiatives.
  • Evaluate and approve due diligence findings and materials from prospects and clients.
  • Supervise and guide all stages of transaction execution, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and potential business partners.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to managers and junior team members, fostering growth and expertise.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and implement business strategies.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments, and economic factors impacting the Latin American and Caribbean regions.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in the M&A space.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required): Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Master’s Degree (Preferred): MBA, Master's in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • Language Proficiency (Required): English and Spanish
  • Language Proficiency (Preferred): Portuguese
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with limited guidance in a team environment and manage projects independently
  • Ready to assume a high level of responsibility
  • Works well under pressure and tight deadlines; aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • 8 years relevant experience or higher
