Job Description:

Enfinity Global is seeking a highly motivated Financial Business Analyst to support our global asset management team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing performance metrics, and providing strategic insights to optimize the financial performance of our renewable energy assets worldwide. This role is integral to driving our growth in solar, wind, and energy storage assets across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze and interpret financial data from renewable energy projects, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Develop financial models to forecast asset performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Create detailed financial reports to track the performance of assets across different regions. o Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability of renewable assets.

Asset Performance Optimization

• Collaborate with the asset management and operations teams to analyze asset performance and identify opportunities for cost reductions and operational improvements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the global portfolio of renewable assets.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual and projected financial performance and recommend corrective actions.

Data Management & Analytics

• Manage and maintain financial databases for asset performance metrics.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to track KPIs and operational efficiency.
• Work with the IT team to ensure integration and alignment between financial systems and asset management platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for financial decision-making.
• Support the global asset management team with data-driven insights for strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and partners.

Risk Management

• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Assist in developing and refining financial controls and procedures for global asset management activities.

Project Support

• Support M&A due diligence processes by reviewing and analyzing the financials of potential acquisitions.
• Assist in capital raising efforts by providing financial insights and projections for asset performance.

Qualifications & experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, asset management, or corporate finance, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Experience in analyzing large-scale energy projects (solar, wind, energy storage) across multiple geographies is highly desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and Excel.
• Proficiency with financial management systems (ERP, BI tools).
• Experience with asset management platforms specific to the renewable energy industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• High attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
