Stillwater Medical Center Main Campus is a 117-bed acute care general hospital that provides a comprehensive range of services to patients across north central Oklahoma. The Director of Pharmacy will be responsible for day-to-day operations and coordination of care, treatment, and service processes for off- site locations and departments throughout Stillwater Regional Medical Center. We are seeking a Director that will create an environment that continues to foster and build upon a strong culture of teamwork and collaboration. Education:

• Masters of Science in Hospital Pharmacy (Administration), preferred. Completion of a hospital pharmacy residency preferred.
• Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) Preferred
• Graduate of school or college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council Education.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of eight (8) years hospital pharmacy practice.
• Five (5) years proven successful pharmacy department management experience.
• 340B Drug Program experience (required).
• Excellent communications skills, verbal, and written.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Experience with retail pharmacy a plus!
• Proven ability to recruit, build and motivate a strong team.
