Job Title: Project Superintendent

Salary: $85,000–$125,000 base per year, plus benefits, bonus, and truck allowance

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations to meet schedule milestones and project goals.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality control at the construction site.
• Interpret and enforce contract documents, including plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate and lead site meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Create and manage short-term schedules and long-term project plans.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and contract specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, and project progress updates.
• Oversee project close-out, including punch list completion and final acceptance.

Must-Have Skills:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of construction management or field experience.
• Proven ability to lead and manage subcontractors and onsite personnel.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with medical or clean facility construction.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial oversight in construction.
