Pay Range: $55-60/hr on C2C
Job Description
We are seeking a certified Workday functional Lead with a focus on the Time-Tracking module to support and lead Workday deployments and optimization (AMS) projects. Knowledge of Absence and Payroll modules is also highly desired given the interdependencies with Time Tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Experience in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and global deployment for Workday Time Tracking
• Experience support AMS/post-production type engagements for optimizing Time Tracking and related setup. This includes enhancements and defect management.
• Intakes client requests, assesses actual client need, provides subjective matter expertise, proposes alternatives, and recommends solution(s) in proactive manner.
• Frequently discusses, and can articulate to clients, lessons learned from previous client experiences around similar module projects and optimization efforts.
• Experience leading and working with offshore teams in lead role, with offshore team doing configuration and support work.
• Supports other resources via mentoring, coaching, and product area expertise.
• Participates in building the Workday brand by participating in Workday ecosystem product groups/chats and contributes advanced thinking and sharing of ideas Knowledge,
Education, Skills & Technical Proficiencies:
• 4+ years relevant Workday experience across Time Tracking and related domains (e.g Absence and Payroll). This includes local and global design and configuration expertise.
• Certified in HCM and Time Tracking modules. Equivalent Pro-certifications are acceptable.
As a Workday partner Client can maintain and expand your Workday certifications.
• Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions
• Able to prioritize and organize increasingly complex work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards
• Experience working with and leading offshore teams during projects and for ongoing support of above-mentioned modules. This will require being able to take early morning and late evening calls to meet global stakeholders.
