Action Group is currently seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter for our team in Tulsa, Ok.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in Recruiting for a variety of positions from entry level manufacturing to Director level management and more. Business development experience is a plus!

Pay: $20/hr++ DOE plus quarterly bonuses based on revenue produced

Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm OR 8:00am – 5:00pm, M-F

Job Duties and Responsibilities of the Recruiting Staffer:

• Organizes and prioritizes reqs daily
• Contacts prospective talent to assess fit for positions
• Collaborates with team mates to ensure coverage for all open orders
• Requests and processes onboarding docs
• Schedules interviews and testing/orientation for hires
• Closes loop on placed candidates ensuring a smooth transition into the workplace
• Check in with clients and candidates occasionally for feedback
• Maintains pipelines for upcoming and repeat reqs
• Assists with filling positions through other AGS branches as needed

Requirements of the Medical Insurance Billing position:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college or equivalent experience
• 2+ years recruiting in an agency environment
• Onboarding knowledge and experience
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Pass drug screening and background check.
