Primary Duties
- Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to proactively source and identify qualified candidates for open positions. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Phone Screens: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with Atomus’s culture and values. Present findings and recommendations to hiring managers for next steps.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage the interview process, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers. Provide candidates with an exceptional interview experience, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing and recruitment strategies. Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and progress toward hiring goals.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates, to improve processes and outcomes.
About You:
- Proven Recruiting Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing, phone screening, and managing the recruitment process. You’re confident using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to build and manage a robust candidate pipeline.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: You have a sharp eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the recruitment process—from candidate outreach to interview coordination—is handled meticulously. You’re highly organized, capable of juggling multiple open roles and priorities without missing a beat.
