The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals, managing day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees to address concerns and resolve workplace issues.
- Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and providing feedback.
- Identify training and development opportunities based on performance reviews.
- HR Policy Development & Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer payroll, employee benefits, and incentive programs.
- Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Address employee inquiries about benefits and compensation.
- Training & Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Health, Safety, and Well-being:
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (typically 5+ years).
