Solutions Consultant (Point of Sale Software)

Raleigh, NC (Hybrid / Onsite) - Up to 25% Travel

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 + 100% Paid for Benefits+ Perks

Our industry leading software development client is searching for passionate Solution Consultants to deliver compelling software demos that showcase their POS software features in the Raleigh, NC area. The Solution Consultant will help potential and existing customers experience the power of cutting-edge POS software through delivering captivating presentations and demos to new and existing customers and identifying areas for improvement for software solutions to better serve customers.

The Software Solutions Consultant will partner with prospects to understand their objectives and demonstrate how our client’s solutions meet those needs. They will also be responsible for responding to RFPs, technical inquiries, and collaborating with Sales and Professional Services to ensure smooth transitions. Previous experience supporting lab systems and assisting customers during the Discovery workshops is desired.

Requirements for the Software Solutions Consultant:

• Must have a background delivering software demos and presentations for customer driven engineering environments
• Strong office skills (Word, Excel, PPT) and technical affinity.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, XML, UML, and familiarity with Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS.
• In-depth understanding of retail processes, POS/ERP solutions, and store operations is highly desired.
• Previous experience with Loyalty Solutions, Self-Checkout, and system integrations is a plus.
• SAP product knowledge is a bonus!
