Your next strategic career move awaits: Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Senior Search Consultant (also known as a Physician Recruiter) to strategically partner with assigned clients helping them find top-tier provider candidates for their open positions. As a Senior Search Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to travel and meet with clients onsite, while also leveraging Jackson Physician Search’s robust resources to attract and identify the best talent in the market. Essential Duties:

• Partner consultatively with clients to conduct searches and fill physician staffing needs.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding search activity.
• Achieve productivity goals and metrics.
• Call physicians to proactively source viable candidates.
• Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow up.
• Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity.
• Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of physician candidates.
• Use creativity to create effective job advertisements for open opportunities.
• Travel overnight to conduct onsite client profiles, 10-15% a year.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of successful healthcare recruiting experience required; permanent physician recruitment experience preferred
• Achieved at least 14 placements in a 12-month period
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills required
• Salesforce/CRM experience and provider-focused job board experience preferred
• Professionalism and confidence to effectively communicate with medical professionals and hospital executives
• Computer, organizational, and client/customer service skills a must
• Stable employment history with verifiable references
